
Entre 2012 y 2025, Idea Puzzle ofreció 16 premios anuales de 1000 euros al autor del diseño de investigación doctoral más coherente creado con el software Idea Puzzle en una universidad licenciada. Hasta 2017, el Premio Idea Puzzle fue ofrecido en colaboración con Beta Capital, Deloitte y Santander Totta.
