Objectifs
Ce webinaire aide les doctorants à améliorer la cohérence d'une proposition de recherche, article ou thèse à la lumière de la Philosophie des Sciences (Morais & Brailsford, 2022). Il aide également à revoir les forces et les faiblesses d'un projet de recherche dans quelque domaine de la connaissance (Parente & Ferro, 2016).
Destinataires
Doctorants dans quelque domaine de la connaissance, de préference en première ou deuxième année d'études de doctorat.
Résultats
Après le webinaire, les participants seront capables de: a) reconnaître la relation entre l'épistémologie, la méthodologie, l'ontologie et l'axiologie; b) aligner de manière cohérente la théorie, la méthode, les données, la rhétorique et l'auteur d'une proposition de recherche, article ou thèse avec le logiciel Idea Puzzle; et c) revoir les forces et les faiblesses d'un projet de recherche dans quelque domaine de la connaissance.

Contenu
1) Décisions théoriques: mots-clés, courants de pensée, lacune de recherche, question ou hypothèse de recherche et état de la science
2) Décisions méthodologiques: position philosophique, stratégie de recherche, techniques de collecte, techniques d'analyse et critères de qualité
3) Décisions empiriques: unité d'analyse, niveau d'analyse, nature des données, origine des données et échantillon
4) Décisions rhétoriques: pathos, logos et ethos
5) Décisions d'auteur: sagesse, confiance et temps
Conférencier
Ricardo Morais, marié et père des trois filles, est Professeur de Gestion à Católica Porto SBE, Directeur d' Idea Puzzle et Keynote Speaker en Philosophie des Sciences, Gestion Stratégique et Design Thinking. Depuis 2002, il a publié plus de 40 articles, chapitres et papers sur ces sujets et a enseigné dans 117 universités de 29 pays. De 2013 à 2025, il a coordonné le séminaire «How to design your PhD» à l'Institut Européen d'Études Avancées en Gestion (EIASM) à Bruxelles, maintenant offert à l'Université de Ljubljana. Il est titulaire d'un doctorat en Gestion Stratégique de l'Université de Jyväskylä, Finlande, en plus de sa licence en Gestion de la Faculté d’Economie de l'Université de Porto. Il est aussi un alumnus de la HPI School of Design Thinking en Allemagne.
